Naturally curly hair with a strong wave, pictured before
shampooing.
^
After shampooing and conditioning, hair still shows its strong
curl and tendency to matt.
^
For this type and length of hair we're using a medium amount of
d:fi straighten serum.
^
Work
d:fi straighten around palms of hand then smooth through
length of hair.
^
Using a
hairdryer
and
paddle brush start to dry hair, brushing through to
encourage straightness.
^
With the
hairdryer set to medium heat, gently but quickly 'rough dry'
hair to about 80% dry.
^
Hair is now much straighter, but still frizzy and lacks real
shine plus wouldn't retain straightness long.
^
Before using
ceramic hair straighteners, we usually apply a few drops of
MOP shine drops.
^
After working around palms, swiftly run through mid-lengths and
ends of hair.
^
With medium or long hair, plastic hair clips help keep hair out
of way whilst using straighteners.
^
Starting at front and with a small section of hair, swiftly
smooth
ceramic straightners down length.
^
Keep sectioning hair out of the way and work around head with
the
ceramic straighteners.
^
On larger sections you may need to repeat 2-3 times with the
ceramic hair straighteners.
^
Once the bulk of hair has been straightened, finish the style by
blending at the ends.
^
The
ceramic straighteners help produce sleek, shiny, frizz-free
straight hair with long lasting style.
