We are always very keen to hear from both
qualified, established Stylists through to young school leavers eager to
begin a career in hairdressing.
For qualified Stylists we can offer a high rate of commission (almost
like being self-employed) combined with a 'safety net'
basic wage, holiday pay and all the benefits associated with being in
normal employment. Ongoing training from major companies such as ghd,
Redken and Matrix is provided to suit your own desires and requirements
- you tell us what training you would like and we'll try provide it for
you!
Trainees get in-salon NVQ training, courtesy of
the fact that we host Brightons nvqs.com training school in our
downstairs area. This has massive benefits to eager students, in that
qualified NVQ trainers are always on-hand in the salon to assist you in
obtaining your qualifications.
